Governing Law 
These Terms are governed by California state law. Legal disputes will be handled by Orange County California state or federal courts. Use of the Site constitutes consent to jurisdiction and venue of these courts.

Our Privacy Policy governs the use of collected information. Using the Site signifies consent. Users should protect login credentials and logout fully after each session, especially on shared devices. Notify Hegemark LLC promptly about any suspected breach. Hegemark LLC reserves login disabling rights per its discretion.  

Waiver and Severability
No waiver of any provision is implied. Invalidity of part of these Terms will not invalidate the remaining provisions.

Entire Agreement 
These Terms represent the entire agreement and supersede prior agreements between Hegemark LLC and Site users. No amendments will be binding unless in signed writing. Agreements made electronically carry equal weight as physical documents.

Termination
Hegemark LLC reserves the right to terminate Site access without notice. Upon termination, users must destroy materials obtained from the Site.
